Accommodation rules of Villa Belvedere guesthouse
Check-in and Check-out
A guest will be accommodated upon presenting a valid identification document to the authorized person. Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The guest is required to pay for accommodation and related services according to the current valid price list of the guesthouse operator upon arrival. At the start of accommodation, the guest accepts the room without defects and is obliged to immediately report any defects to the guesthouse owner. If the room or any other equipment of the guesthouse is damaged, whether negligently or intentionally, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage. The room must be vacated, and the keys returned to the authorized person by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If the keys to the vacated room are not properly returned by 11:00 AM, the guest will be charged for an additional day of stay. If the guest hands over the room with incomplete or damaged equipment, the full amount of the damage will be charged to them. Vehicles may only access the guesthouse via designated access roads and park in designated areas around the guesthouse. It is not allowed to leave the engine running.
Guest Behavior Rules in the Guesthouse and Rooms
Entry to the guesthouse is strictly prohibited for persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotic and psychotropic substances, persons in quarantine, and those with infectious diseases. Smoking and lighting fires are strictly prohibited in all areas of the guesthouse building. Entering areas outside the designated spaces is forbidden. Children under 10 years of age are allowed to move within the guesthouse premises and its surroundings only when accompanied by a person over 18 years of age, who is responsible for the child. Littering outside designated areas or otherwise polluting the environment is prohibited. Guests are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances in the rooms (except for appliances used for personal hygiene). Guests must not move furniture, make any modifications, or interfere with the electrical network or other installations without the owner's consent. In case of damage to room equipment or common areas of the guesthouse or loss of keys, the operator is entitled to demand appropriate financial compensation from the guest. Guests have the right to connect their electronic devices to the Wi-Fi network in the rooms and common areas of the guesthouse. Guests must not use the Wi-Fi connection for illegal activities or attack or otherwise alter the network's security measures. However, the guesthouse assumes no responsibility for any damages to the computer or other electronic devices used to connect to the guest's network.
Liability for Damages to Health and Property
Everyone is obliged to secure their belongings to prevent theft or damage, including items left in parked vehicles. The operator has taken all necessary measures to prevent damage to guests' health. The operator is not responsible for guests' health during normal operations; therefore, we ask guests not to leave entrusted persons unsupervised. Every present individual is required to immediately report to the guesthouse owner any danger of fire, situations requiring police intervention, or medical treatment and, within their capabilities, do everything to prevent the spread of fire or avert the impending danger.

Other
Cleaning of apartments is done after guests' departure. The owner of the guesthouse handles the washing of linens and towels. For safety reasons, drying large amounts of laundry on room radiators is prohibited. Any defects must be reported to the guesthouse owner immediately. The number of people in the room corresponds to the number of people registered for accommodation. The guest commits to announcing the exact number upon registration. Guests must not, without the guesthouse's consent, allow other individuals to use the accommodation spaces. Guests may receive visitors who are not accommodated only with the accommodation provider's consent. If the operating rules are not followed, the operator is entitled to cancel the guest's accommodation and demand payment for the provided services. The guest is obliged to turn off the lights in the room and lock the room door when leaving. Guests are required to lock the main entrance to the guesthouse during quiet hours. By staying, the guest consents to the guesthouse processing and storing their personal data to the extent provided, for the purpose of providing accommodation information and guest registration according to Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, and Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws. Further obligations of the guest and the accommodation provider regarding the maintenance of a registration book, respectively, a house book, are determined by the aforementioned legal regulations.
